Meet our dedicated team members who are passionate about making a difference within the community. Each of us brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart full of enthusiasm, eager to guide and support you on your journey. We all empathize with the feeling of being alone while figuring out which road is the correct path to take. We all understand this journey in life is mostly self taught, and most of the time we take the wrong path because of the situations and circumstances we are left to face alone. We all here at Seraphim Promise have been down roads where we walked alone, we’ve struggled down wrong paths, and we’ve endured the pain and suffering that come with the struggle. So we created this non-profit to assist others so their path won’t have to be so cold, and so others can know that they do not walk alone.
According to the Bible, God promises to protect people through angels in Psalm 91:11-12, which says, "For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won't even hurt your foot on a stone", and Psalm 34:7: “The angel of the Lord will protect those who fear him”.
Our goal is to be that pillar of light that we never had. To be that solid moving force of the promise where God physically shows his love and we do not walk alone. We’ve done our job when we see others prosper and do great things from the help and support Seraphim Promise gives them.
Who we are
Lavandis Alcanter, President, CEO
Background in project management, client services in hospital settings, communication, and team building. Experienced in team planning, community outreach programs, and building repore with community and other non-profit organizations.
Ana L. Alcanter, Vice President, Administrator
Background in operations management, project docs, client and vendor relations, marketing and promotions, media and advertising. 10 years volunteer work with elderly, women with children, and young adult youth. Assisted in roles such as Case Worker, PCA, hospice, and state worker.
Erika Hall, Treasurer
Background in medical billing administration, office management, timekeeping, and project documentation. Currently working on a grant to provide cancer screening for the needy
Angela Hall, Secretary
Background in office support and administration, customer service, procurement and logistics, and hospitality. Several years’ experience assisting elderly and at-risk youth.
